The O-Gah-Pah Learning Center is currently operating with normal business hours. This status could change if the situation gets worse or if there are cases internally that need to be addressed.
The health and safety of our Quapaw citizens, employees, and patrons is our main priority. Our goal is to always maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment at all tribal properties. In addition to the strong safety measures we normally follow, we are taking extra precautions during this time to help maintain safe environments. Quapaw Nation staff is trained to strictly follow CDC standards and guidance in regard to communicable disease. The following steps are to ensure the safety of all.
1. Mailing Options - All of the applications can be found online. Please, print off and fill out the application, and attach any other documents needed. You may also submit any applications through email except for a New Tag.

2. Drop Off Box Option - The drop off box will be available in the Main Administration Building located inside the foyer. The applications will also be available at this location. Please, fill out the application and attach any other documents before sealing it in an envelope, and placing it inside the box. If you’re leaving documents for tags, please be sure to attach a contact number.
3. Phone Option - If you’re unavailable to access the applications online, or the drop off box, you may call the main office (918-542-1853) and we will assist you on filling out the application. However, you will still need to mail in any paperwork we may need to complete your application.

Please, fill out the application and attach any other documents before sealing it in an envelope, and placing it inside the box. After your application is reviewed you will receive a phone call. Please make sure your phone number is on your application.
3. If you have a child welfare emergency, please call 1-800-522-3511.

2. Drop Off Box Option -The drop off box will be available in the Main Administration Building located inside the foyer. All housing payments can be placed in the drop off box. Please, be sure to include any other payment information including names to which payment should be applied.
3. Phone Option - If you’re unavailable to access the applications online, or the drop off box, you may call the main office (918-542-1853} or the Housing Department (918-542-1430) and we will assist you in finding a proper solution.

In an effort to protect our tribal members and the community, Quapaw Nation has implemented a plan to reduce potential exposure to the COVID-19.
Title VI dining area is currently open but this could change if the situation becomes worse.
All health screenings and home visits by the CHR will be canceled. The CHR office will contact all clients daily to check on them. Depending on the situation, the home visit may still occur.
