The Quapaw Nation is governed by the Business Committee. The committee was established in 1956 by the Governing Resolutions. The committee is comprised of seven members, each serving a two-year staggered term. The positions are elected/re-elected by a vote of registered tribal voters.
Meetings
Meetings are on the third Saturday of every month in the Community Building (Location is subject to change).

Request
The new open forum agenda request form Open Forum Agenda Request (PDF) . The form must be submitted by the 2nd Wednesday of the month to be approved for that month’s agenda.
Close session requests need to be submitted on the Close Session Request Form (PDF). The form must be submitted by the 2nd Wednesday of the month to be approved for that month’s agenda.
Donation requests need to be submitted on the Donation Request Form (PDF) and will be processed according to the Quapaw Nations Donation Policy & Procedures.
Sponsorship requests need to be submitted on the Donation Request Form and will be processed according to the Quapaw Nations Sponsorship Policy & Procedures.
The forms will be processed according to a first come/first serve basis.
All submissions need to go to the BC Executive Secretary.
